Calling all Bozeman Moms! Do you want to get back into exercising after kids but aren’t sure how to do it safely? Come join our team of female clinicians for a 6 week exercise class. Exercises will focus on proper activation of your core and pelvic floor. We’ll teach you everything you need to know to get back into your pre-baby shape.
